Practice Details
- Established surgical private practice with 16 surgeons across GI, general surgery, colorectal, endocrine, and related specialties
- High-volume endoscopy program averaging more than 13,000 procedures annually
- Strong APP support, including a GI Nurse Practitioner generating significant procedural demand, and a second NP has been recently added
- Option to join as a partner or as an employed physician based on preference
Schedule
- Four-day workweek with flexible scheduling options
- Approximately three days focused on endoscopy and one day dedicated to the clinic
- Average clinic volume of about 30 patients per week
- Procedural volume of roughly 40 to 60 or more scopes per week
- Shared call rotation of 1:9
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary of $640,000 to $660,000 for a 4 to 4.5-day workweek
- Partnership earnings exceeding $1 million annually
- Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and fellowship stipend available

Candidate Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Comfortable in a procedure-forward practice with high endoscopy volume
- Interest in private practice with the option for long-term partnership
