Requirements and Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted MD license in the state or the ability to obtain
• Ability to obtain DEA licensure
• Occupational Medicine experience preferred
• Certified Impairment Rater (CIR) preferred
• Knowledge of treatment and drug interactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
