## Family Practice or Internal Medicine Opportunity in Guthrie County, Iowa

Practice Overview

• You’ll join a county-supported critical access hospital and rural health clinic network with specialty clinic access (cardiology, ortho, urology, behavioral health, and more)
• Outpatient primary care with light inpatient rounding; typical inpatient census averages 3–5 patients
• Strong support team (RNs, LPNs, CMAs) plus advanced practice providers who practice independently with minimal physician oversight
• In-office procedures available (biopsies, laceration repair, toenail removal) with Epic EMR and on-site basic labs

Schedule

• 4-day workweek
• 15–18 patients/day
• Call is 1:4 weeks, phone only low census

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $275,000 plus Guaranteed for the life of the contract no production
• $70,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO; Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board Certified (experienced physicians) or Board Eligible (new graduates); 2026–2027 grads are welcome
