Cardiovascular Surgeon – $3800 for 24hr Call | Work in Scenic Colorado

We are looking for a cardiovascular surgeon to provide coverage for our clients in Colorado to begin July onwards

Job requirement

• 6a-6a Call Coverage: weekends with some sporadic week day call coverage.
• Weekend Requirements: Yes

Required Procedures: 

• General CV/Thoracic Surgery - open
• Coronary artery bypass surgery - on pump & Off-pump
• Congenital defects (ASD< VSD, PFO, etc.)
• Valvular Repair & replacement
• Aneurysm Repair - Cardiac  & Aorto-thoracic

• ECMO Cannulation and Patient stabilization for transport to academic center in Denver. 

• EMR: Epic
• Board Certified (Cardiovascular Surgery) - REQUIRED
• Active Colorado License or Active IMLC - REQUIRED
• Active ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) - REQUIRED, if provider does not have AHA of life certs, must note willing to obtain AHA certs.
• Clean background/no malpractice - REQUIRED
