Base Salary depends on experience but ranges from $400K-$600K

OVERVIEW

Outpatient psychiatry clinic for psych medication management and addiction treatment. Interventional psychiatry and MAT services.

DUTIES

• Oversee policies and procedures including ongoing development
• Oversee and expand the MAT program, including buprenorphine and naltrexone treatments (oral, sublingual, and injectable)
• Provide clinical consultation, supervision, and chart review for advanced practice providers
• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, autism, and schizophrenia
• Psych medication management
  • Intakes are 60 min / Follow-ups are 20 min
• TMS mapping
• IV ketamine
• Spravato

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active and unrestricted California medical license (required).
• DEA license in-hand at time of hire.
• Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Training or extensive clinical experience in addiction psychiatry or addiction medicine.
• Proficiency in MAT prescribing (buprenorphine, buprenorphine/naloxone, naltrexone – oral, sublingual, injectable).
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment for opioid, alcohol, and stimulant use disorders.
• Supervisory experience with advanced practice providers (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment.
• Experience with interventional psychiatry modalities (preferred but not required).
