- 4 day work week (includes two 9 hour days of scoping)
- open to some telehealth

Compensation and Benefits:
- 90% MGMA base salary + 40K Value-Based Incentives
- 60K sign-on
- 100K student loan repayment
- 35 days paid time off work - not including holidays
- Option for extra income if you choose to buy into the surgery center!
