Job Highlights
Join an established team of 11 faculty members, 17 Advanced Practice Providers and fellows from our Hematology/Oncology Fellowship program!
The ideal candidate will be:
- BE/BC in Pediatric Hematology Oncology
- Has experience caring for children and adolescents undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
50% of clinical time dedicated to bone marrow transplantation, 30% to clinical hematology or oncology, depending on candidate's interest, and 20% to non-clinical time.
- The Akron Children's Showers Family Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders include:
- Hematology Oncology
- Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation
- State Funded Sickle Cell Program
- Regional Hemostasis and Thrombosis Center
Recognitions Include:
- Member of Children's Oncology Group
- Pediatric Transplant Center approved by the National Marrow Donor Program
- Verified by the Americal College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer as a Pediatric Cancer Hospital
