Endocrinologist- Outpatient- Hybrid

Come join our outstanding team at Signature Healthcare! We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

About the Role: Hybrid with opportunity for remote telehealth

• Outpatient Endocrinology practice with a diverse patient population

• Work alongside a collaborative team including Endocrinologists and Nurse Practitioners across two practices located just 5 miles apart

• Part of our Center for Medical Weight Management, a fully accredited comprehensive center.

• Supported by a multidisciplinary team including a Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietitian

Practice Highlights

• Established referral base with 60+ primary care physicians

• On-site laboratory and radiology services

• Strong administrative and management support so you can focus on patient care

• Schedule: 4 clinical days + 1 administrative day - Option for hybrid clinic schedule with opportunity to provide remote telehealth care.

• Competitive base salary for two years, then transition to wRVU model (with early productivity option)

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school

• Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology
