Banner Health, one of the country's leading nonprofit healthcare networks, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in Eaton, Colorado. Build meaningful patient relationships in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Position Details:

• Full-time, outpatient | Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM | No nights or weekends, minimal call
• Patient volume: 18-20 patients per day
• Provide care for all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Perform routine procedures including physicals, joint injections, minor dermatology services, and women's health
• Access to continuing education and professional development opportunities

Position Requirements:

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification or Physician Assistant (PA) license with eligibility for Colorado licensure
• DEA registration with prescriptive authority
• Family medicine experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
