Urology Associates is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our established and rapidly growing practice in Foley, Alabama. Compensation & Partnership Track Benefits Package

• Year 1: $300,000 base salary + 15% of profit (Net Collections – Overhead & Base Salary)
• Year 2: $300,000 base salary + 30% of profit
• Year 3: Partnership eligible with base salary of $336,000 plus quarterly bonus sharing from all ancillary services and individual production.
• Partners typically earn between $750,000 – $900,000+ annually.
• Partnership buy-in: $50,000, returned upon retirement or departure.
• 401(k) + Profit Sharing Plan with employer match up to 4% and an additional average 3% profit share. Potential annual retirement savings exceeding $60,000.
• Comprehensive health insurance fully covered for the employed physician, with family coverage subsidized for an approximate savings of $8,600 annually.
• Professional liability coverage provided through ProAssurance or MACM, with limits up to $3 million annually.
• CME and Professional Allowance: $5,000 annually for the first two years; unlimited after partnership.
• Monthly expense allowance of $150 for phone and internet usage.
• Paid Time Off: 3 weeks (15 days) annually as an employee; 6 weeks (30 days) upon partnership.
• Flexible schedule: Physicians enjoy a ½ day off weekly and three ½-day Fridays per month—equating to approximately 42 additional days off per year.

The Foley practice is affiliated with Thomas Hospital and South Baldwin Medical Center, both modern, well-equipped hospitals offering strong surgical support and a collegial environment. Call responsibilities are very reasonable, with weekend call shared 1 in 7 and weekday call 1 in 4, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.
