Urologist Opportunity | $575k+ Potential | Coastal California Living
About the Opportunity:

Practice Setting:
- Join a team of 3 Urologists in an award-winning healthcare system
- Access to multiple subspecialty departments including Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Radiology, OB/GYN, Oncology, Neurology, and more
- New graduate-friendly system with opportunities for professional growth
- State-of-the-art clinic built in August 2023, located right across from the main hospital
- Brand new Davinci 5 robot and 3T MRI available – robotics trained required
- General Urology with some Oncology Urology cases (Oncology fellowship not required)
Schedule:
- Busy practice with the ability to see 30+ patients per clinic day
- 1:4 call rotation, taken in 1-week blocks
- 2 days blocked for OR with ample OR time available
Compensation & Benefits:
- $575k base salary + wRVU productivity with potential earnings over $700k+ in the first year
- $50,000 recruitment incentive (signing bonus)
