• Flexible Practice Model: General Urology with some Oncology; robotics required with access to a brand new da Vinci 5 robot and 3T MRI
• Predictable Schedule: 2 days blocked for OR, busy clinics with 30+ patients per day, and 1:4 call rotation in week-long blocks
• Generous Compensation Package: $575K base salary with wRVU productivity potential of$750K+ , $50K signing bonus, student loan repayment, 4 weeks PTO, CME allowance, malpractice, and comprehensive health/retirement benefits

** Who Are You?**

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Robotics training required
• Oncology fellowship not required (oncology cases available)
• Open to new graduates or experienced physicians
