Practice Details

• Location: Fountain Valley, CA (Orange County)
• Full-time employment opportunity with MemorialCare Medical Group
• Outpatient-only practice
• Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• EMR:  Epic

Education/Experience

• Previous work experience as an Advanced Health Practitioner in an outpatient oncology setting is strongly preferred. 
• Must have completed an accredited PA or NP program
• Licensed to practice medicine in California
• National Board Certification 
• Current BLS, DEA, and NPI
