We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours

Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our team of 25 physicians and seven advanced practice providers at PeaceHealth St. Joseph in Bellingham, Washington.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
  • Board-certified/eligible nurse practitioner.
  • Active NP license or eligible to become licensed in Washington.
  • Experienced clinicians are preferred, but we are open to new grads and will offer in-depth training/onboarding.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

**Practice in the Heart of the Community**

Flexible Scheduling:

  • This role is a nocturnist schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Our hospital bylaws allow NPs to practice independently within the full scope of their licensure.
  • Provide comprehensive medical care and post-operative care.
  • Admit patients and perform rounding as needed
  • Work alongside an MD and another APP
