Join the Nation’s Leading Pediatric Urgent Care Team

Make a real impact in children’s health — without the overnight shifts. At PM Pediatric Care, you’ll practice evidence-based medicine in a collaborative, family-centered environment that values growth, learning, and clinical excellence. If you’re a compassionate APP with pediatric experience, this is where your expertise truly shines.

We’re academically driven, offering 50+ clinical guidelines, CME-accredited workshops, a national annual conference, and robust data for research and clinical analytics. Our environment is supportive and collaborative, with individualized training in procedures, radiology interpretation, and evidence-based clinical care.

Our centers are designed like emergency departments but in a private-practice setting, featuring on-site x-ray and lab services, excellent support staff, and access to specialists when needed. We maintain trusted relationships with patients, families, and local providers.

Schedule: Flexible with no overnights — work 12–36 hours/week (PT or FT).

We’re hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with pediatric experience to join our urgent care team. You’ll evaluate and treat children and young adults, providing compassionate, evidence-based care both in-person and via telemedicine.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Assessing and managing acute illnesses and injuries (fever, asthma, respiratory distress, ENT infections, etc.)
  • Performing procedures (laceration repair, abscess drainage, foreign body removal)
  • Obtaining and interpreting x-rays (training provided)
  • Overseeing patient flow and coordinating care with staff and trainees
  • Following up on labs and imaging and maintaining continuity of care
  • Pediatric experience required (Peds ER, UC, or Hospitalist preferred)
  • Active NP/PA license and national certification (ANCC or NCCPA)
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and EMR skills (eCW preferred)

Join PM Pediatric Care, where your expertise, compassion, and love for pediatrics make a lasting impact — in a flexible, growth-oriented, and supportive environment.
