Diagnostic Radiology Locums - California Physician - No Call

Diagnostic Radiology opportunity in California with flexible block scheduling and no call requirements.

Highlights

• No call required; maximize time off between shifts
• Block schedule: 1 week/month + optional 1–2 extra days

Practice Setting

• Academic hospital environment
• Inpatient and outpatient reads
• Tech and resident support on site
• High-volume case load: 50–60 RVUs/day

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Week-long block per month
• Local physicians may be asked for 1–2 extra days per week

Cases and Procedures

• All modality basic studies (no mammography)
• Required procedures: UGI, esophagram, VCUG, HSG
• Age range: newborn to geriatric

Requirements

• California license and fluoroscopy Supervisor & Operator permit required
• Board certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Minimum 12 months of experience
• Remote option open to qualified candidates; must be specified on CV

Travel Accommodations

• Flight, lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
• On-site preferred, but travel support provided for non-local physicians
