North Knoxville Medical Center is partnering with a well-established, thriving nephrology practice to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist to join the team following the retirement of a senior partner. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a busy practice with a built-in patient base, strong hospital support, and a clear partnership track.

Practice Highlights

  • Currently 2 Physicians with a goal to grow to 3–4 Physicians
  • 3 experienced Nurse Practitioners providing strong clinical support
  • Collegial, patient-centered culture with an excellent referral base
  • Coverage includes:
    • 3 hospitals
    • Multiple dialysis clinics
    • 2 office locations
  • Call rotation: 1 in 3
  • Partnership track available after 1 year
