Requirements **Required: must have actual state license, board certification, and DEA in hand.** Facility Description (Salesforce) * 29 Hospital Beds: 10 ED (Trauma room, Minor Care, Hazmat, Triage) * 13K Annual ED Volume * EM Power Docs EMR Job Requirements * Physician - BC in PC specialty with EM experience. - ACLS, ATLS, PALS required within 6 months Coverage Type EM - Acute Care Staffing Model * 24 Hours Physician Coverage Special Services Accepts Residents for Moonlighting Emergency Medicine Job Detail Critical access hospital 13K annual ED volume 29 hospital beds 10-bed ED 12-hour shifts 24-hour physician coverage Board Certification-not required ACLS Required ATLS required only for Medical Director * Physician - BC in PC specialty with EM experience. - ACLS, cme from past 2 years, procedure logs, flu, tb, medical, BNDD and DEA licenses Tdap Quantiferon TB or 2 step PPD (if a history of a positive test then a copy of the CXR will be needed that they had after the positive) MMR x2 or titers Varicella x2 or titers Hepatitis B antibody quantitative Covid vaccine or exemption (exemption will have to be approved at WCMH) Flu vaccine Facility Information Washington County Memorial Hospital is a not-for-profit, critical access facility offering top quality care and personable treatment to the residents in Potosi, MO.
