### ** Who You Are**

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General or Invasive Cardiology
• Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
• Strong commitment to quality patient care and collaborative team practice
• Experience in diagnostic and interventional procedures preferred

### ** Compensation and Benefits**

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $600K+ annually (based on experience) for the first two years
• Partnership Opportunity: Transition to partner after two years with a $1,000 buy-in
• Incentives: Relocation assistance up to $15K, loan repayment options, and quarterly quality bonuses
• Time Off and CME: 30 PTO days, 30 sick days, 5 CME days with a $7,500 allowance
