An established facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking a Board-Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist for locum tenens coverage with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
🩺 Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM clinic + call
- Setting: Inpatient & outpatient mix
- Cases: ICU coverage, echocardiography, TEE, nuclear cardiology
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: ~120 days
- Licensure: Active LA license or Compact letter required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS

Compensation Details
$247-303/hour
AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities. In addition, our locum tenens can receive highly competitive pay and a dedicated team that handles all travel, lodging, rentals and transportation needs. Additionally, our Physician Mobility initiative decreases the amount of time you must wait to work at a facility where you are presented or have worked from 24 months to 6 months.
