    Qualifications

    • MD or DO
    • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology
    • Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesiology preferred
    • Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
    • Eligible for credentialing at the University of Toledo and affiliated institutions
