Shift: Varied - Rotating 12-hour shifts, both days and nights, to support 24/7 NICU coverage
Weekend Requirements: Included in rotation; weekends required as part of 24/7 schedule
On Call Requirements: Participation in NICU resuscitation and transport coverage as scheduled
Job Description:
- Join a collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers
- Deliver patient-centered care in a 72-bed Level III with an average daily census of 60
- Manage complex and critical neonatal cases, including ELBW infants
- Utilize advanced technologies such as:
- Jet and oscillatory high-frequency ventilation
- Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
- Whole-body cooling for HIE
- Participate in dedicated resuscitation and transport teams
- Collaborate with full-spectrum pediatric subspecialists, including cardiovascular surgery
- Integrate care within a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem (PICU, CVICU, pediatric ER)
- Contribute to a high-performing, compassionate care model focused on innovation and outcomes
