Neonatologist Near Washington D.C. - Call from Home - Level III NICU
Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join our growing team at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center (SRMC). This is a unique opportunity to help shape a community-focused NICU that prioritizes keeping families together, close to home.

** Your Clinical Scope **
- Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists, 4.5 NNPs

Coverage Includes:
- Collaborative care of newborn nursery and Level III NICU patients
- Attendance at deliveries
- Education of RN/RTs as volume and acuity increase
- Schedule: Week-on/week-off, call from home

- 8-bed Level III NICU
- 10 LDR couplet care rooms
- Average Daily Census: 9–11 (NICU/Nursery)
- Annual Deliveries: ~1,250
- In-house OB Hospitalists
