Job Summary:
Seattle Children’s is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Cardiologist to join our growing regional Heart Center practice in Montana. Based in Great Falls, this two-provider team also provides outreach services in Helena and Havre, delivering exceptional pediatric heart care across the state. You’ll have the opportunity to serve children and families close to home, backed by the full support of Seattle Children’s specialists and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum pediatric cardiology services to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults
- Manage outpatient and inpatient care in collaboration with the Seattle Children’s Heart Center team
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, echocardiograms, consultations, and follow-ups
- Participate in regional outreach clinics across Montana (primarily Helena and Havre)
- Engage in quality improvement, education, and community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with referring physicians, local hospitals, and Seattle-based specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
Qualifications (Required):
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Cardiology
- Eligible for Montana medical licensure
- Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience in pediatric cardiology practice or regional outreach settings
- Interest in fetal cardiology or program development
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Full-time position with regional travel for outreach clinics
- Balanced workload with strong support from Seattle-based subspecialists and administrative teams

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $346,000 – $382,000 annually (full-time)
