A physician-led, financially stable health system is seeking a Board- Certified / Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established, hospital-employed orthopedic group. This position offers immediate patient volume, modern surgical resources, and long-term stability in a collegial, non-trauma environment.

- Fully staffed ORs with in-house anesthesiology and pain management
- Light call (1:4) — primarily phone-based
- Non-trauma setting with regional transfer support
### Compensation & Benefits
- $580,000 guaranteed base salary
- Additional RVU-based earning potential
- $90,000 sign-on / relocation / loan assistance package
- Optional resident stipend
- 38 days PTO/CME annually
