SLUCare Physician Group, a member of SSM Health, is currently searching for a Pediatric ICU at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital!

At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital is our award-winning pediatric hospital. Our 21-bed pediatric mixed cardiac and medical/surgical ICU is seeking a dedicated Acute Care Pediatric (PNP) to join our growing team! The NPs in our ICU provide 24/7 coverage to a diverse population of patients in a high-acuity environment that spans across all medical subspecialities and surgical specialties, including cardiac, transplant, and neurosurgery. We have a busy ECMO program as well. of all experience levels are welcome to apply.

Job Highlights:

  • Schedule:

  • ~14 shifts per month, primarily day shift with some night shift responsibilities
  • Flexible scheduling

  • On-the-job training with a peer NP and continuing education within an academic division
  • Involvement in quality improvement, patient safety, and research as desired
  • Procedures including intubation, central/arterial lines, and chest tubes

Your Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
    • Certification as an **Acute Care Pediatric ** (PNP-AC)
    • PAs should have NCCPA certification
  • Ability to obtain NP licensure in Missouri
  • Passion for pediatric critical care!
