- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No nights. No weekends. Predictable, balanced lifestyle.

- Recently upgraded to Eclipse Treatment Planning System
- Implemented ARIA Electronic Medical Records
- Varian 2100 currently in place
- Planned acquisition of Varian TrueBeam within 12–18 months
- Open to physicians specializing in Brachytherapy

The program has the patient volume to support growth, and the current physician plans to remain full-time alongside the incoming physician—ensuring a smooth transition and collegial partnership.

Compensation and benefits:
- $573,000+ base salary guarantee, higher for more experience
- wRVU (regional median)
- Up to 6% performance incentive once on RVU model
- Large recruitment incentive (negotiable)
- 6 weeks paid time off
- CME allowance plus 1 week off
