Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Primary Care (Pediatrics-Focused)
Hesperia, California
- Outpatient-only role with no hospital responsibilities
- Predominantly pediatric patient population, with some adult and geriatric care
- Manageable patient volume of 11–14 patients per day, with growth potential up to 25
- Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends
- No in-clinic holiday coverage
- Shared, phone-only call approximately one week per month (triage only)
### Qualifications
- Active California Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain
- Strong interest or experience in pediatric care; comfort treating patients across the lifespan preferred
- Open to new graduates with solid clinical training
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
### Compensation & Benefits
- 40 hours of CME time plus a $2,500 annual CME allowance
- Malpractice coverage provided under a group policy
- Sign-on bonus negotiable based on experience
