The Opportunity

We are seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative Women’s Health team. This outpatient role focuses on comprehensive OB/GYN care in a supportive, team-based environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide well-woman exams, acute visits, family planning, and gynecologic care
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient obstetrical care
• Perform procedures including colposcopies, biopsies, and LARC insertions
• Document care accurately and efficiently in the EHR
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and diagnostic testing
• Support nursing staff and medical assistants
• Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and accreditation activities
• Collaborate closely with Women’s Health providers and leadership
• Participate in after-hours coverage, as assigned

What We're Looking For

• MSN or DNP from an accredited program
• WHNP certification
• Florida APRN license (or in process)
• BLS certification
• 2–3 years of outpatient OB/GYN experience
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Comfort with EHR systems and team-based care
