Highlights
- Friday 7 am to Monday 7 am; 24-hour weekend call

Practice Setting
- 340-bed Level II trauma and stroke center
- Closed ICU with full APP and RN support
- Only Vascular MD on call during weekends
- EPIC EMR
Schedule
- 3-day weekend call coverage (Friday–Monday)
- December start; additional blocks expected in 2026
- On-call, inpatient-only role
Cases and Procedures
- Aneurysm repairs (including endovascular)
- Carotid and peripheral vascular procedures
- Dialysis access, DVT management
- Weekend volume varies; robust support team in place
Requirements
- Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
- Active Kentucky license or Open to IMLC Physicians
- DEA required
Travel Accommodations
- Flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage covered
- Multiple airports 1–2.5 hours away
