  • All-Star Orthopaedics invites applications for a full-time, fellowship-trained Physiatrist (PM&R/Pain Medicine) to join our esteemed, expanding private practice beginning Fall 2026. This is a

    unique opportunity for a driven physician to deliver non-operative musculoskeletal and pain management care, interventional procedures, and comprehensive functional rehabilitation in a collaborative, established group.

Our expanding services now include PM&R and interventional pain management alongside sports medicine, joint replacement, spine surgery, and upper extremity care. Ideal candidates will provide holistic, non-surgical care, including injections and electrodiagnostic studies.

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions, aiming to restore function, alleviate pain, and enhance quality of life through a multidisciplinary approach.
    • Develop customized treatment plans incorporating rehabilitation strategies, adaptive tools, therapeutic exercises, medications, and patient education.
    • Perform interventional procedures such as ultrasound- or fluoroscopy-guided joint and nerve injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and other established interventional pain therapies.
    • Utilize electrodiagnostic tools—e.g., EMG and nerve conduction studies—for diagnostic clarity and informed care.
    • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical and occupational therapists, and other specialists to devise integrated, patient-specific treatment plans.
    • Guide patients through rehabilitation goals—from recovery post-injury or surgery to managing chronic conditions—and help prevent complications through proactive management.
    • Emphasize non-surgical pain management strategies, including multimodal rehabilitation, physical therapy, behavioral interventions, and lifestyle modification.
