A large, physician-led outpatient group is actively seeking a full-time Urologist to join their growing team in 2025. This is a unique chance to step into a high-demand specialty with strong earning potential, built-in support, and flexibility to shape your practice!

Practice Setting

  • Physician-led, multi-specialty outpatient practice with national backing
  • Openings in suburban and rural locations across Connecticut
  • Mix of clinic and OR time tailored to your preferences
  • Full spectrum of urologic procedures supported, including vasectomies
  • Modern facilities with access to ultrasound and bladder scanner tech

** Schedule**

  • Monday–Friday, daytime clinic hours with some flexibility

    • Call is approximately 1 in 4 weekends, with rotating weekday coverage
    • Customizable clinic/OR split depending on site and physician goals
    • Consistent APP and administrative support structure

** Compensation & Benefits**

  • Base salary starting at $350K–$400K with significant earning upside

    • Average physician income around $815K, with potential for $1M+
