Urology Associates is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our well-established and thriving team serving the beautiful Gulf Coast region in Gulfport, Mississippi. For over 80 years, Urology Associates has been a leader in comprehensive urologic care across Alabama and Mississippi. Our group includes 29 urologists, 2 urogynecologists, 3 radiation oncologists, 3 pathologists, and 16 advanced practice providers. We deliver care through multiple offices and hospital affiliations, including Singing River Gulfport, Singing River Ocean Springs, Singing River Pascagoula, and Singing River Garden Park. Our Gulfport practice is an integral part of this expanding network, offering physicians the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine supported by exceptional resources and collaboration.

- Established Centers of Excellence for Advanced Prostate Cancer, Bladder & Renal Cancer, Men’s Health, Overactive Bladder, and Urinary Tract Infection clinics.
- Fully integrated EMR and efficient operational infrastructure that supports clinical autonomy.
Compensation and Partnership Track:
- Year 1: Base salary of $300,000 + 15% of profit (Net Collections – Overhead & Base).
- Year 2: Base salary of $300,000 + 30% of profit (Net Collections – Overhead & Base).
- Year 3: Partnership eligibility, with a base salary of $336,000 plus quarterly bonus distributions from ancillary services and individual production.
- Recent partner compensation (2022–2024): $500,000–$900,000 annually.
- Partnership buy-in: $50,000 (fully refundable upon departure or retirement).

- Professional liability coverage with $3M annual limits.
- CME and professional expense allowance ($5,000 annually for the first two years).
- $150 monthly technology stipend for phone and internet.
- Paid time off: 3 weeks (employed) increasing to 6 weeks (partner).
- Flexible schedule- 4 day work week
Call Schedule – South Mississippi:
- Weekend call: 1 in 10
- Weekday call:
- Singing River Ocean Springs & Pascagoula – 1 in 3 weekdays
- Singing River Gulfport – 1 in 2 weekdays
