Practice Setting

• 165-bed inpatient medical facility
• 95% adult and 5% pediatric patient population
• Solo coverage model with APP support for initial triage
• Light weekday volume with increased weekend surgical activity

Schedule

• Minimum 7 consecutive shifts per month required
• Block scheduling available - 7-on/7-off rotations preferred
• 24-hour call coverage with 30-minute response time
• Only a few summer blocks still available

Procedures and Cases

• General Urology consults and emergent surgeries
• Performance of Cystoscopies and emergent torsion repairs
• Average of 10 cases per week
• Dedicated pediatric urologist available for complex non-emergent peds

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Urology
• Minimum 60 months of post-residency experience
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
• 50 case logs from the last 24 months required for credentialing

Travel accommodations

• Full travel and lodging arrangements provided
• Rental car or mileage reimbursement included
