Our Oklahoma Region is seeking a dedicated full-time Cardiology Advanced Practitioner (PA or Acute Care ) to join our dynamic team serving the greater Shawnee area and surrounding communities in central Oklahoma.

Position Summary:

The Cardiology Advanced Practitioner will work closely with cardiologists to provide high-quality care for patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. This role offers a collaborative environment with strong support and no call responsibilities, allowing you to focus on patient care and professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience managing cardiology patients as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
  • Education: Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program
  • Certification: PA-C or Acute Care Certified
  • Licensure: Ability to obtain PA licensure in the State of Oklahoma

Job Details:

  • Primarily outpatient cardiology clinic with inpatient consult rounding
  • Anticipated schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Clinic Location: Connected to the hospital for seamless patient care
  • Patient Volume:

  • 20+ patients per day in clinic
  • 10–12 inpatient consults per day once fully onboarded

  • Additional Duties: Some Nuclear Medicine supervision for studies
  • Referral Base: Large primary care network serving 7 towns in the greater Shawnee area
  • Support Staff: Full office support including MA/LPN and office assistant
