Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon to join our well-established practice in Northampton, Massachusetts with clinic locations in Amherst and Hatfield. Our ideal candidate will be fellowship trained in hip and knee replacement surgery.

What You’ll Do

  • Join a well-established orthopedic team that excels in Sports Medicine, Shoulder Surgery, Hand Surgery, Foot and Ankle Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, and Arthroscopic Joint Preservation Surgery. Plus, we have a non-surgical sports medicine Physiatrist on-site.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including 6 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and 7 Advanced Practice Providers, in our newly expanded, state-of-the-art facility.
  • Share in a general orthopedic call schedule, currently at 1:6, contributing to a collaborative on-call system.
  • Participate in professional development and mentoring opportunities.

Compensation Details

$500-600k

The salary range for this position is $500,000 to $600,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
