Locums - Anesthesia - Bay Area, CA | Inpatient + Outpatient | 26+ Weeks | CA License Required

We’re now staffing a high-paying Anesthesiology locum role in Burlingame, CA starting October 6, 2025! This position offers, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work across top-tier inpatient and ambulatory surgical centers in the Bay Area.

🔹 Assignment Overview

• Location: Burlingame, CA (– Float Pool) • Start Date: October 6, 2025 • Contract Length: 26 weeks (extensions possible) • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Call: No call required • Coverage Model: Primarily independent; occasional CRNA supervision

💰 Compensation

• Rate: $350-375/hr (All-inclusive) • Holidays: 1.5x (for major federal holidays)

🏥 Facility Details

• Providers will rotate between inpatient hospitals and surgery centers • Must be comfortable covering high-acuity adult and adolescent patients (13+) • Case Variety: Bread & butter, ortho, general, complex inpatient • EMR: EPIC • Support Staff: CRNAs on-site

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified Anesthesiologist (Board Eligible considered if fellowship trained) • Active California License + DEA with Schedule 2/2n authority • AHA BLS & ACLS required • Experience:  ✔ 2+ years in Anesthesiology  ✔ Recent experience in tertiary care centers  ✔ Regional anesthesia skills preferred • Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days • References: Two references will be contacted pre-offer
