Family Medicine Physician – Northern California

• Outpatient-focused primary care with optional low-risk prenatal/postnatal, minor procedures, and behavioral health integration
• Average 12–15 patients/day
• Serve a majority American Indian/Alaska Native population (75–80%)
• Full-scope team support: PA, RN, MA, traditional health workers, behavioral health, on-site pharmacy
• EHR: NextGen (transitioning to EPIC)
• Optional outreach to satellite clinics in scenic rural communities

Compensation and Benefits

• $222K–$393K/year guaranteed salary (no wRVU or productivity targets)
• Loan repayment eligible – up to $150,000
• Relocation assistance: $5,000 (flexible up to $10K)

Requirements

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician
• Experience in rural health, pain management, chronic disease, and behavioral health preferred
• 3+ years in primary care preferred
• Passionate about community medicine and health equity
• Licensed or eligible in California (required), with current DEA and BLS
