Remote Radiologist | PST-Friendly Evening & Overnight Coverage

A large, physician-led health system in Central Florida is expanding remote diagnostic coverage and seeking radiologists based in California.

Position Highlights:

• 100% remote – work from home
• East Coast nights align with evening hours in PST
• Flexible scheduling: full-time, part-time, or PRN
• Consistent volume across a large, established system
• Unified PACS and streamlined workflow

Compensation:

• Day (7a–4p PST): $2,700 per shift ($300/hr)
• Evening (3p–11p PST): $2,700 per shift ($337.50/hr)
• Night (10p–7a PST): $3,560 per shift ($445/hr)
• Weekend (12p–10p PST): $3,000 per shift ($375/hr)

Incentive Bonus:

• Additional $45/hour bonus after 100 shifts annually
• wRVU-based productivity thresholds in place (by subspecialty/shift)
• Most active radiologists exceed bonus threshold

Coverage Needs:

• Evenings / Overnights: Neuro, Body, ED
• Weekends: Neuro, Body, ED, Cardiac
• Daytime options available

Case Mix:

• Emergency Department
• Inpatient
• Outpatient

Practice Environment:

• Exclusive imaging provider for a 17-hospital system
• Coverage includes 10 freestanding EDs + 20+ imaging centers (~50 sites total)
• Nationally recognized health system (Top 20 U.S.)

Ideal Background:

• ABR-certified or eligible
• Comfortable with ED/inpatient reads
• Neuro or Body focus strongly needed
