A large, East Coast physician-led radiology group is seeking Diagnostic Radiologists to provide evening and overnight coverage for West Coast (PST) shifts. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and uncapped earning potential, with options for full-time, part-time, or moonlighting.
Compensation

Shift Options (PST)
- Evening: 12:00 p–8:00 p | $2,700 per shift
- Night: 8:00 p–4:00 a | $3,560 per shift

Estimated Annual Earnings (Base Shift Pay) 105 shifts/year (~2 shifts/week): Evening: $283,500 | Night: $373,800 210 shifts/year (~4 shifts/week): Evening: $567,000 | Night: $747,800 Production Bonus Potential 5 wRVUs above threshold per shift: ~$225 per shift | ~$22,500 annually | ~$11,250 paid twice per year 10 wRVUs above threshold per shift: ~$450 per shift | ~$45,000 annually | ~$22,500 paid twice per year Actual bonus earnings vary based on individual productivity and shift volume.
