• Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm with 12-hour shifts, one week per month
• Weekday evening call and 24-hour weekend call coverage
• Coverage for orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, and neurology cases
• Podiatry procedures included in case mix
• Flexible scheduling -- provider selects preferred week each month
