Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) - SSM Health Dean Medical Group- Madison, Wisconsin

SSM Health is actively recruiting a full-time (0.8 FTE) Certified Nurse Midwife to join our amazing team in Madison, Wisconsin, at our south Madison campus. In this traditional practice setting, you will see clinic patients, deliver babies, perform procedures and round on hospital patients.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited CNM program
  • Active WI RN and CNM licensure
  • IBCLC certification preferred

The Opportunity:

  • Join a team of four CNM who have a shared practice model and work very well together, and who are an integral part of our Ob/Gyn department.
  • Outpatient (Well women exams, prenatal visits, gyn office visits).
  • Inpatient responsibilities (Obstetric Care); in-house Ob/Gyn for consultation.
  • 2-3 clinic days per week
  • Call shared equally with the other CNM; call is taken from home unless the patient is in labor and then the CNM is with the patient
  • Once onboarded anticipate seeing 18 patients per day in clinic and part of a team that delivers 220 babies per year.
