Clinical Scope

• Manage the full spectrum of cornea and anterior segment procedures, including: * Corneal crosslinking * LASIK and PRK procedures * Complex cataract surgery * Corneal transplantation * Endothelial keratoplasty including DSAEK and DMEK * Complex anterior segment cases

Compensation & Benefits

• Negotiable salary guarantee with production incentives
• First-year earning potential of $500,000–$800,000+
• 1-year partnership track with partners earning $1M+ annually

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO with completion of a U.S.-based ophthalmology residency
