About the Opportunity:

Practice Setting:
- Join a team of 9 OBGYNs in an award-winning healthcare system
- Access to multiple subspecialty departments, including Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Urology, Oncology, Neurology, and more
- New graduate-friendly system with opportunities for professional growth
- DaVinci 5 robot available (with another arriving later this summer) – not required to use
- Team averages 115-120 deliveries per month
- Anesthesia onsite 24/7 for support
Schedule:
- Busy practice with the ability to see as many patients as you're comfortable with
- 4-day clinic workweek with flexible hours
- Call rotation of 1:8 (clinic and hospital call overlap on the same dates for work/life balance)
- OB hospitalist onsite 24/7 for additional support
Compensation & Benefits:
- $375k base salary + wRVU productivity with excellent earning potential (team average is over $492k, some upwards of $575k)
- $100,000 recruitment incentive (signing bonus)
