A community health center in NW Oregon is seeking an NP or PA with experience in primary care and reproductive health to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment.
Schedule
• Monday - Friday: 8:00a - 5:00p
• Start date: as soon as credentialed for a 6-month assignment with the potential to extend
Practice Setting
• Outpatient clinic
• 2 patients per hour
• Support from RN, CMA, and Medical Director
Cases and Procedures
• Full Primary care including sick visits, routine health maintenance, wound care, chronic and acute cases
• Reproductive care including birth control, IUD/Nexplanon insertions

Compensation Details
$85–$95/hour
