This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) forlocum tenens support as they look to fill acurrent need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:
* Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8a-4:30p and Wednesday 10:30a-7p
* Patients per day: 18
* Practice Setting: Wellness Clinic
* Scope: Inpatient
* Licensure: Michigan state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
* Credentialing Timeframe: one week
