Inpatient GI opportunity near Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) with 24-hour coverage and expedited credentialing available.
Highlights
- 24-hour coverage: onsite clinic + beeper call

Practice Setting
- Hospital-based, inpatient role
- No APP or resident supervision required
- Athena and Cerner EMR systems
- Not a teaching facility
Schedule
- Monday–Friday clinic, 8a–5p
- Beeper call from 5p–8a and weekends (1:3)
- Callbacks required ~20% of the time
Cases and Procedures
- General GI: endoscopy, colonoscopy, GI bleeds, obstructions
- Emergencies: liver failure, pancreatitis, post-op complications
- Advanced scopes (e.g., ERCP, EUS) are preferred
Requirements
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Active North Carolina license required
- BLS certification required
