Steady, full-scope coverage in Western Ohio

Scope of Coverage Needed: Up to full-time (40 hours). Duties will include clinic, surgery days, and call. Willing to split this between multiple providers.

Shift Types:

• Office 4 – 4 ½ days per week, core hours 8a-5p
• ½ to 1 day surgery
• 1 in 3 call coverage (every third day and every third weekend)

Specific Dates of Need: Estimated start date will be April or May

Required Procedures/Cases Details:

• # of deliveries per month/year? ~500-600 births/year
• # of clinic patients per day: Varies; Low volume facility
• Gynecologic services such as annual well-woman exams, menstrual cycle management, pap smears and clinical breast exams are provided.
• Peri-menopause care, menopause counseling and hormone therapy, pelvic floor disorders, and more.
• If required, gynecological surgical interventions, such as dilation and curettage (D&C), hysteroscopy, ablations and hysterectomy
• Is there MFM on staff? If not, where is high risk sent? No; high risk is transferred out to Premier Health MFM in Dayton, OH

Required Certifications/Preferences:

• Board Certified is highly preferred with minimal malpractice
• GYN surgery with Davinci Robot experience preferred

• Bed Count: 88 beds
• Support Staff: MD support, 1 CNM, and 1 WHNP
