Surgical Critical Care Locum – Flagstaff, AZ | $285–$295/hr | Oct Dates | Level I Trauma

We have a Surgical Critical Care locum opportunity in Flagstaff, AZ (Level I Trauma Center) for October coverage, offering day and night shifts with trauma and ICU responsibilities. This is a great short-term option with premium pay in a high-acuity environment.

📍 Location: Flagstaff, AZ 🏥 Facility: Level I Trauma 🗓️ Start Date: October 2, 2025 📋 Contract Length: PRN – 6 shifts available ⏳ Credentialing Timeframe: TBD 💰 Rate: $285–$295/hr 🛏️ Travel/Lodging: All-inclusive

🕐 Scheduled Shifts: • Oct 2, 3, 4 – Day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) • Oct 10, 11, 12 – Night shifts (5:00 PM – 7:00 AM) • Day Shift Duties: Rounding on 10–20 SICU/trauma patients + responding to trauma activations • Night Shift Duties: Sole coverage for General Surgery, Trauma, and SICU

💼 Clinical Details: • 10-bed Surgical ICU • Must manage SICU and trauma step-down patients + floor • Team: Works closely with Trauma APPs • No scribe support – must chart independently • Patient Population: Adults + Pediatrics • Charting: EMR experience required (system not specified)

✅ Requirements: • BE/BC in General Surgery + Fellowship in Surgical Critical Care • Active AZ license + DEA • ATLS required • Trauma Level I or II experience required • Must be team-oriented and comfortable working solo at night
