Dermatology - $200k recruitment package - Pennsylvania

Innovative, practice with multiple locations in the Allentown and Lehigh Valley areas is seeking a BE/BC General Dermatologist to join their busy, growing practice.

The Opportunity:
- Practice at the currently expanding and updated Camp Hill office location
- 4 physicians, including 1 experienced MOHS surgeon and 11 advanced practice providers across multiple office locations in PA
- Great earning potential, full benefits including 401k match, malpractice with tail, PTO and more
- $200k recruitment incentive package of sign-on and/or loan-repayment, base salary + production incentive comp model with uncapped earning potential, and APP supervision incentive
- General dermatology plus cosmetics and MOHS optional
- Flexible schedule including 4 day work week option

- 8 office locations and growing all in the Allentown, Pennsylvania/Lehigh Valley area and surrounding
- Close to the state capital of Harrisburg
