Practice Setting:
- Outpatient environment focusing on adults and geriatrics
- Supported by up to 2 staff members per provider by an LPN or MA
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Tuesday: 8 AM - 6 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 1 PM
Cases and Procedures:
- Primary Care and Chronic Disease Management
- Standard Sick and Well Visits
- Women's Health
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family or Adult
- Licensed to practice in South Carolina with CSR and DEA

Compensation Details
$80-90/hour
