4-Day Workweek | Hem/Onc Locum – Start Sept 2025

I wanted to share a full-time Hematology/Oncology locum opportunity in Southeastern Indiana. This role offers a 4-day workweek, excellent team support, and the prestige of working with a nationally respected cancer program.

Here are some key highlights:

• Start Date: September 1, 2025
• Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Tumor Board every Tuesday at 7 AM)
• Call: Every other week (includes weekends)
• Mix: Inpatient & outpatient Hem/Onc care
• Daily Volume: ~20–25 patients/day
• EMR: EPIC (in both office and hospital)
• Bone marrow biopsy experience is a plus, but not required
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

This is a 3–6 month commitment with strong potential for extension. You'll be the sole locum provider on-site, with no split shifts or rotating schedules — ideal for someone looking for consistency, clinical autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships.
